Frank Demeter is a Principal and the Designated Broker for Keig Commercial Real Estate in Phoenix, Arizona. Frank is also a loan originator for Keig Financial, a middle-market mortgage banking firm representing numerous life company lender correspondents. Frank’s diverse commercial real estate background includes:
More than 30 consecutive years of real estate experience in investment sales, asset management, leasing, finance, site selection, development, ownership and consulting.
Recent sales transactions include freestanding and multi‐tenanted commercial and industrial properties, land, and hotel properties - primarily in the middle-market sector.
From 1997-2020, Frank’s focus included brokerage services, asset management, tenant representation, site selection and consulting across all major property categories.
During the real estate recession that began in 2008, Frank represented multiple lenders in the disposition of REO/OREO assets.
From 1990-1997, as a commercial mortgage banker, Frank represented clients in financing a diverse array of property types, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, self-storage and recreation.
During the RTC-fueled recession in the early 1990’s, Frank experience included structuring workouts and handling other portfolio management issues.
Prior to 1990, Frank’s career began as an analyst working for a regional bank handling complex bank branch site selection and development strategies.
A native of Wisconsin, Frank received his BAA in Finance and Real Estate as well as a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. His professional affiliations and memberships include:
